Our compliance program is based on the legal frameworks within which TÜV Rheinland operates as well as on the values of our company. In addition, we have committed ourselves to the values of the UN Global Compact and the principles set forth by the TIC Council .

All principles relevant to us are set out in our Code of Conduct which is binding for all employees and managers as well as for our business partners as appicable.

We are convinced that a culture of integrity can only be successfully built through a common understanding, a broad acceptance and the contribution of each individual employee in their day-to-day business. For this reason, we offer our employees a comprehensive personal and confidential consulting service through our compliance officer network as well as via information material and guidelines. In addition, every employee and manager worldwide is required to complete regular training program on compliance.
