With effect from January 1, 2021, the entities of TUV Rheinland Mobility, Inc, TUV Rheinland Industrial Solutions and TUV Rheinland OpenSky have been merged under TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. This is an entity change only. There is no change to how we run the businesses or serve our customers. We are confident that this merger will further simplify our organization, increase operational effectiveness and make it easier for our customers to do business with us across various Business Streams.
