In the meantime, the first generation of “Digital Natives” is working in the company. The 20 to 37-year olds have grown up with computers and are socialized in a connected world. Their representatives live out a different style of communication. They are accustomed to sharing personal information and their know-how, decentrally and virtually in networks and working in projects.
