In order to protect whistleblower, human rights and the environment, the TÜV Rheinland whistleblowing platform enables all potentially involved persons to submit information or complaints in this regard. Instances of non-compliance, such as potential violations of laws, internal company guidelines or our Compliance Program (e.g. the Code of Conduct ), may be reported.
The platform is publicly available and thus accessible for anyone who has a compliance matter to report via the TÜV Rheinland homepage, i.e. not only TÜV Rheinland employees, but also employees of business partners and suppliers, and other external parties and institutions may use the whistleblower platform. The system is specifically designed for reports of potential compliance incidents and not for general complaints.
