Recycled Material Verified Mark is a voluntary environmental labelling scheme in accordance with ISO 14021 Environmental labels and declarations – Self declared environmental claims (type II environmental labelling), and various globe environment certificate Directives.

It aims to encourage the demand for and supply of those products that cause less stress on the environment, thereby stimulating the potential for market-driven continuous environmental improvement.

Scope and focus of the service

It is suitable for products made from recycled materials, e. g. plastics, metal, wood, etc. and is applicable to Brands, Retailers as well as Manufacturers.

The service focuses are below:

  1. The assessment of the system for traceability and thus for the calculation of the recycled content in the end products
  2. The recycled content products meet the legal and safety requirements to avoid become waste easily and cause damage to human body
