China - NHC Notice No. 9/2023 Draft Standards for Food Contact Materials and Others

​On October 18, 2023, China National Health Commission (NHC) ​published Notice No.9, to collect comments for a series of draft standards on food, food additives and food contact materials. 

The following food contact related standards are collecting comments:
- GB 4806.1 General Safety Requirements for Food-Contact Materials and Articles
- GB 4806.XX General Safety Requirements for Silicon Rubber Food-Contact Materials and Articles​
