Chemical Laboratory Technicians

The stuff that scientists are made of

Do you always question what makes the world tick? Do you want to get to the bottom of things and make the world a little better? Then you possess this coveted scientific DNA that distinguishes curious people with a sense of innovation. If you have successfully passed your High School Diploma, A Levels or an equivalent qualification with good grades in Chemistry and other Natural Sciences. Perhaps you have already completed an internship in the field of Chemistry, then the case is clear: You should start an apprenticeship as a Chemical Laboratory Technician.

As a prospective Chemical Laboratory Technician at TÜV Rheinland, you will work closely with our teams of Chemists and Chemical Engineers. They analyse a wide variety of substances, separate mixtures or produce chemical substances themselves. You will learn how to produce organic or inorganic compounds or how to separate and purify substances, e.g. by filtration or crystallization. Your work requires high precision - and you will enjoy finding the optimum solution in a team.

We can offer you a strong basis on which you will be able to build your professional future. A variety of responsibilities combined with the right measure/degree of motivation and the desire to succeed will ensure that you are able to develop with us. Far beyond your apprenticeship.
