The area

Here TÜV Rheinland is in its element. The testing of industrial plants, pressure equipment and elevators, but also testing services in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as environmental and pollutant analysis are among the company's core tasks. The people

Pressurised systems such as hot water systems or steam boilers represent a considerable risk potential. As an expert in the field of pressure equipment and plant engineering, you will ensure that the applicable safety standards are complied with and that defects in pressure vessels, boilers or tanks are detected and rectified at an early stage. To this end, you regularly check plants or plant components during operation and support the operators in implementing and complying with their obligations. You also carry out tests and conformity assessments of products and assemblies on the manufacturer side. They certify welding personnel as well as factory production controls and quality assurance systems and draw up test plans for new approvals. In addition, you will give advice to pressure equipment manufacturers on type approval, materials and welding technology.
