The TÜV Rheinland Foundation is committed to social causes and pursues solely charitable and non-profit goals. The TÜV Rheinland Foundation emerged from the TÜV Pfalz Foundation for Safety Technology and Environmental Protection and promotes primarily activities in the fields of safety technology, energy technology and transportation, environmental protection, development work, education and training, including student aid, as well as international understanding.
