REDcert——生物質永續發展驗證

2009/28/WE指令主要涉及來自可再生資源的推廣和使用，要求保證生物燃料和液體生物質的來源。這項義務關係到源自歐洲的貨物，以及來自歐盟以外其他地區的進口貨物。生物質和生物燃料的每家生產商都必須擁有授權認證機構頒發的證書，以證實其符合永續發展標準。

生物質和生物燃料生產的永續發展還有幾個自願性認證系統。德國REDcert和ISCC系統是波蘭最受歡迎的系統。

在歐洲立法中，永續發展原則的關鍵約束性因素是在確保經濟持續發展的同時，尊重自然環境並實踐資源的合理利用。

利用生物質生產燃料可以增加旨在配合電力工程目的的耕作產量。然而，參與生物燃料生產需要履行關於永續發展的要求。

REDcert和ISCC系統的實施和驗證，在增加公司於國際市場發展機會的同時，同時彰顯了公司對環境保護的關心和承諾。

REDcert系統自2010年12月起在歐盟地區生效。

REDcert已通過德國農業與食品驗證監督機構批准，可作為生物質生產永續發展的驗證體系。

REDcert被用於所有相互關聯的領域，從原材料生產和記錄，到油廠加工/再加工、生物燃料和生物液體的生產，以及成品的上市。

REDCert不僅關注生物質的生產，還關注其義務；除了環境保護之外，還以保護員工為重點。
