The purpose of this training course is to provide knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems (QMS) against ISO 9001, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable.
This course provides valuable inputs on Quality Management System and provides practical skills essential to become a competent lead auditor.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to perform first, second and third party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021 as applicable.
Upon successful completion of the course, you should be able to:
Describe the purpose of a quality management system(QMS)
Explain the high level structure
Explain the risk based approach
Explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of ISO 9000:2015, ISO 19011:2015 and ISO 17021: 2015
Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 within the context of audit
Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and Lead auditors
Plan and conduct an audit in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 1702
