US - Wisconsin Enacted Regulations for Electric Bicycles

​The US State of Wisconsin has enacted a law that establishes three classes of electric bicycles and revises various other regulations to include electric bicycles within their scope including. It also revises the definition of motor bicycles so that it no longer includes electric bicycles and amends various regulations that apply to bicycles and motor bicycles so that they also apply to electric bicycles​.​
