Taiwan - Revision on "Administrative Regulations on Manufacturing, Import and Report of the Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices

​The revision was issued and effective on March 25, 2025, by Taiwan National Communications Commission. ​

A correction of error in regard to a previous publication, Vol. 031 No. 018 of The Executive Yuan Gazette, which acknowledges the errors in Article 29 and Appendix 6 of Article 23 of "Administrative Regulations on Manufacturing, Import and Report of the Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices"
