Indonesia - A Six-months Transition Period Provided for New RLAN Decree Compliance.

​The Indonesia Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure announced that the Decree Number 12 of 2025 concerning Radio Frequency Spectrum Based on Class Permits and Technical Standards of Telecommunication Tools and/or Equipment for Radio Local Area Networks has been stipulated and will come into effect on January 15, 2025.

However, for products operating at 2400-2483.5 MHz, 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz and 5725-5825 MHz, a transition period of up to 6 months will be provided, during which the Decree Number 2 of 2019 can still be used. ​
