Implementation date has been revised to 01.01.2022.

and

Temperature sensing control devices and entries thereto in the column (2) and column (3) shall be omitted from the main regulation that was published.

Old

Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Order, 2019. will come force from 01.06.2020.

In October, the Indian Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) notified to WTO, a draft order on Room Air-Conditioners, Hermatic Compessors and Temperature Sensing Control Devices.
