EU - Two Proposals on SVHC Identification

​Two new dossiers (vPvB and reproduction toxicity) added by Austria and Sweden to the current SVHC intention list.​​ They are:

​1. bis(4-chlorophenyl) sulphone - Monomer for the manufacture of polymers and agricultural products either as an insecticide by itself or as impurity)

​2. Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide - Activator, catalyst, surfactant, pigment or UV-absorbent. The substance can also be found in materials based on fabrics, textiles and apparels (e.g., clothing, mattresses, curtains, carpets, or textile toys), paper (e.g., tissues, feminine hygiene products, nappies, books, magazines, or wallpaper) and plastics (e.g., food packaging and storage, toys, or mobile phones)​
