EU - Amendment on REACH Authorization List - DEHP in Medical Devices

​The European Commission amended Annex XIV (Authorization List) to REACH Regulation by extending the latest application date and sunset date of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) using in medical devices.

The latest application date extended from November 27, 2023 to January 1, 2029 and the sunset date from May 27, 2025 to July 1, 2030.
