Costa Rica - Decree No.41433-MEIC, 2019 - Procedure for Evaluating Conformity of Samples which have no Commercial Value/Purpose

​The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade of Costa Rica (MEIC) published in the Official Gazette of January 8th 2019 the Decree No.41433-MEIC, 2019 - Procedure for Evaluating Conformity of Samples which have no Commercial Value/Purpose.

The procedure is required in the case of importing samples for conformity assessment of products under mandatory technical regulation in the country.
