Brazil - Resolution RDC 774 of February 15, 2023 on Product Registration and Labeling Sanitizers with Antimicrobial Action

​Recently the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) notified WTO regarding Resolution RDC No. 774, of 15 Feb 2023. This Resolution provides the conditions for the registration and labelling of sanitizing products with  antimicrobial action, internalizing the Common Market  Group (Mercosur) Resolution nº 50/2006​.

The Resolution took effect from March 1, 2023.
