Bahrain - Final Draft of Small Capacity Air-con Energy Efficiency and Labeling Regulation

​The aim of this addendum is to inform WTO members that the content of the WTO TBT Notification (G/TBT/N/BHR/643) related to updating the existing Technical Regulation on energy labelling and minimum energy performance requirements for small capacity Air-Conditioners in the Bahraini  market,  has  been  restricted  to  using  SEER  values  on  the  labels  only with  a  transitional period (grace period) of 18 months, as per the request of the WTO members, local manufacturers and distributers, and notified bodies.​
