Argentina - Draft Resolution on Energy Efficiency Labelling

​This draft Resolution contains the regulatory framework that establishes the essential requirements and characteristics for the energy efficiency labeling to which all devices that consume electrical energy must be adapted for its operation, in order to be introduced or commercialized in Argentina.

The devices included are: refrigerators, conservators, freezers and their combinations, electric washing machines, televisions and television monitors, air conditioners, incandescent and halogen lamps with tungsten filaments, fluorescent lamps, electric microwave ovens, electric accumulation water heaters, single-phase or three-phase induction motors.

The terms of adaptation and implementation are indicated in Article 14 and Annex II of the Resolution.
