As part of our Global Active Sourcing team, you will help us to fill critical positions for our businesses across Europe. Therefor the position can be located anywhere in Europe. If you have a headhunting DNA, solid networking skills, expertise and experience in talent sourcing and a passion to support a broad variety of roles and businesses, we would like to get to know you!

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • As a Global Talent Sourcer at TÜV Rheinland you are sourcing experienced and highly skilled candidates for selected business-critical positions in various European countries as well as for our strategic talent pools
  • You are focusing on Engineering, IT and Auditing roles alongside TÜV Rheinland’s global business strategies
  • You are making use of advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify suitable candidates and to introduce them to the employment opportunities TÜV Rheinland has on offer
  • You act as trusted partner and advisor of the candidates and keep them engaged until the local recruiter takes over for the interview
  • You proactively promote candidates in your internal network of Hiring Managers and recruiters and continuously build up quality talent pools for future hiring needs
  • You care for a great candidate experience and maintain trustful relationships with managers and recruiters alike

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First work experience as a talent sourcer or head-hunter in a corporation or talent search agency
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) required, other languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus
  • Savvy in social and professional networks as LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow, and Github
  • Hands-on experience with state of the art sourcing techniques and tools
  • Curious for talent sourcing trends and new technologies
  • Enthusiasm to market our company as employer of choice and open roles to potential candidates
  • Pleasant personality, respectful and considerate in dealing with people from a wide range of cultures
