The National Commission for Efficient Energy Use of Energy (CONUEE) promotes the use of sustainable energy in Mexico through the enactment of measures and best practices. Technical regulations apply to electric and electronic products that are commercialized in Mexican territory and are listed in the CONUEE catalogue. These products are required to display the corresponding energy efficiency labels. For those products listed in Annex A of the Catalogue of equipment and devices for which Manufacturers, Importers, Distributors and Marketers must include information on their Energy Consumption - the Energy Consumption Label shall be affixed.
