CMVR (Central Motor Vehicle Rules Notified by Government of India)
Stipulated by Rule No. 126 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules (CMVR) issued by the government of India, only authorized governmental agencies may carry out relevant product testing and upon positive results, provide type approval certification. Legal representation is not required. CMVR addresses issues pertaining to: • Construction & maintenance of motor vehicles • Safety • Environment • Licensing • Registration • Administrative & Legal Requirements.
