    Our contract is valid for 3 years. You have the option to pay year by year with additional varying costs for the first surveillance audit (during the second year) and the second surveillance audit (during the third year of the certification), or you could pay in full and benefit from a fixed price.

    With the “Pay year by year” option you pay for the first year, which contains Stage 1 and 2 Audits. The contract is valid for three years, however, the contract does include additional varying costs in the second and third year for the certificate to remain valid.

    The “Pay in full” option contains all audits that occur within the three years of the certification validity.

    Stage 1
    Offsite documentary review assesses the organization’s degree of compliance with the reference regulations. This audit allows for basic scoping, context of the organization and readiness assessment for Stage 2 (Certification).
    Stage 2
    The audit includes the validation and implementation of standard requirements compliance. Additional evidences are gathered through personnel interviews, activity records and policies and procedures. Successful completion of the audit with corresponding non-conformities closure (if applicable) results with the issuance of the Certificate.
