Job Descriptions:

  1. Responsible for medical device usability testing projects, including requirements analysis, test design and execution, and results analysis.

    负责医疗器械可用性测试项目,包括需求分析、测试设计和执行及结果分析

2. Conduct formative and summative evaluation, in compliance with FDA, NMPA guidance and IEC 62366.

    根据 FDA、NMPA指南和IEC 62366进行形成性和总结性评估。

3. Participate in all aspects of projects and provide customers with professional availability support and consulting services based on risk control and standard requirements.

    参与客户项目的各个环节,基于风险控制和标准要求为客户提供专业的可用性支持和咨询服务。  

Job Requirements 1:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, industrial design, applied psychology, human factors engineer or related professional background. Experience in performing behavior, EEG, or eye tracking experiments during school is preferred.

本科以上学历,工业设计、应用心理学、人因工程或相关专业背景,在校期间有行为实验、脑电或眼动实验的执行经验者优先。

  1. At least 2 years of user research or user experience related work experience, medical device related work experience is preferred.

2 年及以上用户研究或用户体验相关工作经验,具有医疗器械相关工作经验者优先。

  1. Familiar with and able to independently carry out various forms of usability evaluation methods, such as user interviews, questionnaires, usability testing.

熟悉并能独立开展各种形式的可用性评估方法,如用户访谈、问卷调查、可用性测试等。

Job Requirements 2:

4. Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

   良好的中英文书书面表达能力。

5.Excellent independent thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently write usability reports.

   优秀的独立思考和问题解决能力,独立撰写可用性报告。

6. Good communication skills and adaptability, able to take the initiative to learn.

   良好的沟通能力和适应能力,能够主动学习。
