Service Desk RPA Maintenance Specialist

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

Process IT tickets for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) related service requests or incidents
Update RPA dedicated software
Maintaining, monitoring and supporting Virtual Machines and Platforms
Report activities, runtime and accessibility to team
Create and maintain flows, e.g. with the tool Microsoft Power Automate
Communicate, inform and support end users upon dedicated updates
Process and analyse error logs

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?

A minimum of 1 year of working experience in 1st Line Support in IT Service Desk
Understanding of ticket processing
Fluent in English language
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is an added value
Basic knowledge and understanding of platforms and reports
Work with dedication and precision independently
Motivated, flexible and curious - open minded individual
Scripting Experience is an added value
