Job Description

Promotional items and company gifts management in TW

  • Budget planning and control of PI
  • Plan, design, develop GCN PI for business needs 
  • Develop corporate PI with TUVR IP that can represent company images
  • Oversee the sourcing, and coordinating with HQ and local procurement for PI projects
  • Supervise Admin dept. for PI stock, delivery management
  • Support BS/BF and central MKT for other materials creation such as poster, decoration, gift, certificate frames, etc. 
  • Supplier management
  • Global needs coordination

 

Internal communication

  • Implement IC strategies to boost staff morale, nurture company culture and communicate corporate strategy in TW
  • Execute IC events such as Town hall meetings and other top down activities in local
  • Create content such as internal news, interview, video, etc. for internal branding
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various internal communication channels and improve
  • Central internal communication channel management, such as SCRM, e-poster, blueye, Inmotion, etc.
  • Cultural decoration of GCN offices

 

Other local support

  • Content creation (brochure, video, etc.) and project implementation for local business and branding
  • Other local activities support

Job Requirements

Minimum education: university degree in Communication/Business/language related       

Minimum professional experience:  Strong and solid English/Chinese writing and editing capability                 

At least 3 years’ experience in MKT background

Good communication & coordination skills, teamwork-oriented
