1. Proactively explore and develop new and potential customers for the company, focusing on pre-shipment inspection (PSI), Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and other business field (BF) related services.
2. Execute customer visits, join industry events, and acquire new customers. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
3. Generate order income from new and existing customers to achieve sales target as defined in annual sales plan.
4. Develop and maintain a customer focus list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focus customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge etc.
5. Generate new leads (e.g. on fairs) and convert assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels. Monitor market and competitors for sales actions.
6. Document all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce) and conducts sales analytics in area of responsibility.
7. Contact for cross-BF / cross-BS inquiries from other Sales colleagues.
1. Knowledge about Government Inspection service such as SABER, PSI,…etc.
2. Ideally had experience in [the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry] or related field
3. Strong desire in developing sales career
4. Good communication and presentation skill
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Traveling is required for visiting customers
7. Computer skills Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
8. 3~5 years experiences in marketing, sales, product marketing or related field
