Job Description

1.Assessment program development:-According to the product requirements, design the experimental program for intelligent cockpit human factors evaluation, including the dimensions of comfort, interactivity, information presentation and driver assistance functions.-Develop objective measurement indicators to ensure the scientific validity and reliability of experimental data. 测评计划制定: - 根据产品需求,设计智能座舱人因测评的实验方案,包括舒适性、交互性、信息呈现和驾驶辅助功能等维度。

2.Experimental execution and data acquisition:-Organize and execute experiments, including driving simulation experiments, real-life scenario tests and user studies.-Acquisition and processing of many types of data such as eye tracking, behavioral data, questionnaires and physiological signals.

3.Data Analysis and Reporting:-Analyze experimental data using statistical analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPSS, Python).-Write assessment reports that clearly present the results of the assessment and make recommendations for improvement.

4.Multi-dimensional cockpit assessment:-Evaluating the user experience of cockpit design in terms of visual, tactile, auditory, and voice interaction.-Evaluate the impact of in-cockpit driver assistance systems (e.g., HUDs, touch screens, voice assistants) on driving task load.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or related field. 工业工程、心理学、人因工程、车辆工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Factors Engineering or User Experience Measurement, preferably in the automotive field. 具有 2 年以上人因工程或用户体验测评相关经验,有汽车领域经验者优先。

3.Specialized skills:Familiarity with human factors engineering experimental design methods and assessment tools (e.g., eye-tracking instruments, physiological signal acquisition equipment, etc.).

Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPSS, Python) to process and model experimental data.

Familiar with ISO 15005, ISO 15008 and other international standards related to human factors engineering.
