Job Summary

We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to be a strategic advisor for the WEU/CEE region, covering 17 countries. In this role, you will align our global business and HR strategies with regional needs and local requirements. You will drive key projects and initiatives and report to the Global HR Director Business Stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and localize the global HR and business stream strategies into daily operations,
  • Lead transformation projects and global initiatives within your business stream, fostering cultural change,
  • Coordinate talent management, strategic recruiting, and leadership development, within your business stream and aligning regional HR efforts with business needs,
  • Advise senior management on the strategic implementation of global and regional plans,
  • Drive corporate initiatives such as Corporate Sustainability and KPI monitoring, addressing performance gaps.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in international matrix organizations and multiple years of experience as a Business Partner,
  • Fluent English,
  • Proven project and change management skills,
  • Experience in global HR initiatives (e.g., Talent Development, Leadersh,p, Talent Attraction),
  • Effective communication with executive and upper management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills,
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
