Tasks

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring continuous employee and leadership development and talent management by designing related programs that support the needs of the organization.
You will initiate and lead global HR projects and initiatives as a project manager or contribute your expertise as a project member.
You are responsible to drive cultural transformation from a holistic HR perspective by providing global change management techniques and support change projects.
Evaluate business needs and organizational requirements as well as market trends to initiate necessary adjustments and revisions of development related processes.
You will provide state of the art support and solutions as a subject matter expert to the business and HR functions involved, offering your expertise in delivering development-related services on a global scale. You will also support your regional HRD colleagues in implementing global development programs in their regions.
The position is part-time (30 hours) as a parental leave replacement for a limited period of 24 months

Profile

University degree in (Business)-psychology, Business Administration or related field of study
Profound experience in HR Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management
Experience in project management
Ideally experience in working remote within an intercultural team
Fluent in German and English (min. B2)
