TÜV Rheinland ensures quality and safety with around 25,000 employees worldwide. We, the Global Talent Acquisition team, shape the strategies and processes for TÜV Rheinland's personnel recruitment and optimize the candidate experience for our applicants. We have just successfully completed the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for recruiting and onboarding and now aim to further develop our system architecture in a targeted manner to meet the high demands of talent acquisition for TÜV Rheinland's further growth. Working on these topics is a lot of fun for us, but at the same time, it is challenging and exciting.

Job Description

 

As an "Expert Global Talent Acquisition," we offer you numerous opportunities to contribute your expertise to projects aimed at further optimizing our talent acquisition processes and systems, and to take responsibility for our process and system landscape:

 

  • You are closely networked with decision-makers in the global team, country experts, departments, IT partners, and users to best understand the requirements for Talent Acquisition and to translate these into suitable process and system solutions.
  • You manage the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding for Global Talent Acquisition, ensure expansions and improvements, and serve as the central contact for key users worldwide.
  • In addition, you work closely with the Application Management in IT, the HR Digital Team, the Local Process Architects, and the HR managers of the business units and regional organizations of TÜV Rheinland.
  • You are responsible for expanding our employee referral program to additional countries and the corresponding configuration of the Talentry platform.
  • As a professional sparring partner, you identify further potential for the digitalization of talent acquisition processes and maintain close exchanges of experience with experts from other companies and service providers.
  • You ensure regular training for the respective users in the national companies and an open exchange of experience through internal communities.
  • The position is to be filled from May 1, 2025, and is fixed-term until July 31, 2027.

 

 

 

Experience & Further Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Analytical skills and an understanding of talent acquisition processes with many interfaces.
  • Experience in defining recruiting and onboarding processes and their implementation in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Commercial or technical training or relevant degree with several years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Very good English skills are required for collaboration with colleagues around the world.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills as well as a high orientation towards customer and user needs.
