We, the Global Talent Acquisition team, shape the strategies and processes for TÜV Rheinland's personnel recruitment and optimize the candidate experience for our applicants. We have just successfully completed the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for recruiting and onboarding and now aim to further develop our system architecture in a targeted manner to meet the high demands of talent acquisition for TÜV Rheinland's further growth.
