1. Audit projects handling and management :
- contact clients, prepare project information for order creation
- prepare audit doc. and have project information, schedule in system
- send audit project information to the customers & audit team
- collect project related report and upload to the system and send for review
- communicate and response among certifiers / audit team / customers
- issue certificates and close project.
- Update and maintain customer certification info and database.
2. Maintain customer relationship (to lower the cancellation rate) and handle customer voice.
3. Contact window among customers, audit team and freelancers.
4. Monthly/quarterly reports preparation.
5. Task and assignments from the department.
1.Self-motivated, capable to work independently (project handling) and as well as having mindset of teamwork.
2.Fluent in reading and written English.
3. Patient, good organizational and communication skills.
4. At least 3 years of working experience (in relevant industry is preferrable).
