Job Descriptions

1. To be responsible for following up on the release of lab test results in the system

负责跟进实验室测试结果是否在系统完成 release

2. Accurately type reports, documents, and other documents as required. Proofread completed reports to ensure accuracy and consistency. Edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors

准确录入报告,文档和其他所需文件,校对完成的报告,确保准确性和一致性。审核文件中的语法、拼写、标点和格式错误

3. To be responsible for releasing the audited reports and sending them to customer service

4. To be responsible e for uploading reports in the system and closing the project. Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for all report-related documents

5. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely submission of reports

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above

大专或以上学历

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a related industry, or experience in documentation, data entry, or a similar field

3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and email management software. A required typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with an accuracy rate above 98%

4. Strong organizational and filing skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports
