Job Descriptions

1. 负责北方(北京及北京周边)新客户和现有大中型客户的跟踪和维护并从中获得业务机会;
2. 与销售经理一起制定并维护客户关系。与技术团队合作给出满足客户需求的技术解决方案和报价;
3. 定期执行客户拜访和参加行业活动。通过定期与客户互动和拜访来维护和增加客户忠诚度并确保关键业务。 与现有客户保持良好的关系,以提升服务质量;
4. 定期参与部门会议和进行业务汇报,获取市场信息和竞争对手动态;
5. 负责项目的立项和后续款项跟进。项目执行过程中的问题需要积极跟踪并帮助客户解决;
6. 在相关的莱茵工具(如Salesforce.com)中记录所有业务相关活动;
7. 其他销售经理安排的销售事宜。

Job Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历,英语4级及以上; 
2. 销售或相关领域的3-5年专业经验。最好有光伏行业背景,懂光伏电站知识,有一定的光伏,储能领域的客户资源,包括不限于电站的开发商,投资商,EPC等;
3. 具有优秀的销售业绩证明; 
4. 具有自我激励的能力。 能够在没有监督的情况下按时完成任务; 
5. 出色的销售和谈判技巧。 卓越的人际交往能力。 良好的时间管理和优先级管理能力;
6. 能适应一定强度的国内出差;
7. TIC行业背景优先。
