Terms and Conditions for Implementation of Online-Based Training/Virtual Classroom for Training Participants:

  • The Virtual Classroom conducted by PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia (TRID) is entirely subject to and protected by the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Organizations or individual training participants are encouraged to use laptops, desktops, or tablets to participate in the Virtual Classroom. If possible, also prepare a smartphone for quiz interaction.
  • For ease of interaction via laptop and smartphone, please ensure that participants have an active Google account (can enter account name and password).
  • Before participating in the Virtual Classroom, please log in at least 15 minutes before the training starts to perform a connection test for the online meeting application (as determined by TRID, internet, video, and audio).
  • The Virtual Classroom will be conducted for approximately 2 to 4 hours, as agreed upon.
  • The training time is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM to 5.00 PM WIB, unless otherwise specified by agreement. A 5-minute break will be provided every 1 hour.
  • Because the training time is quite long, please prepare a reliable internet connection.
  • During the training, the host/trainer will mute all participants, except during the question and answer session.
  • During the training and while participants are muted, if there are any questions, please write them in the chat menu.
  • The training materials will be shared in PDF format.
  • If the internet connection of one or several participants is interrupted, the training will continue with the participants who remain connected to the internet. Participants whose internet connection is interrupted will not receive any compensation from TRID.
  • If the internet connection is interrupted by TRID/trainer, the participant is entitled to compensation in the form of the same Virtual Classroom with the total duration of the lost time. Virtual Classroom internet consumption per hour averages 2 GB. If the participant uses tethering to a mobile phone with internet data from a GSM service provider, the participant must ensure that the internet package is available for the entire duration of the Virtual Classroom.
