Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales

Job duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition in the given sales territory and actively upselling our existing customers.
  • Recognize customer needs and identify sales potential and market opportunities.
  • Maintain customer contacts in person or digitally and successfully develop new as well as existing customer relationships.
  • Observe and analyse the relevant markets, political landscapes, and competitors to evaluate market potential.
  • Responsible for sales planning and achieving sales target
  • Must actively cross-sell and network both internally and externally.
  • Create complex offers and ensure their follow-up and maintenance in the CRM system (Salesforce).

Education:

B. E or B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field, having an MBA is an advantage

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience of Sales & Business Development for Technical Services for various Electrical & Electronic Products / Components or sales experience in the relevant industry.
  • Must have thorough market knowledge of Electrical and Electronics Products Manufacturers in North India, having a good client database is an asset.
  • Basic Knowledge of Safety regulations for Lighting, IT/AV Products
  • Proficiency in the English Language both in spoken and written form
  • Good MS Office skills are required, and Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous.
